How do I return an item?
Our policy is to first put in the time and effort necessary to ensure you get a good instrument the first time around. On the rare occasion that this doesn't work out, our return policy is fairly simple and straightforward. You can return any item for any reason within 7 calendar days of arrival. We charge no restocking fee for purchases made on our website, but the buyer is liable for all shipping charges associated with the purchase and return. These shipping charges include insurance on returned items, which are expected by our company and the shipping service provider to be packed properly to ensure no damage. In the case that an item is returned in damaged condition, and it has not been properly packaged and/or insured, the buyer will receive no refund.
